We found these two mini-muffins sitting on our stoop the other day–no note, no nothing. Just two mini-muffins on a decorative napkin. Needless to say, we did not eat them.

fence part 1
It’s only taken 9 months, but we’re actually–finally–building a fence in our backyard. In the next couple of days, the dog will have complete freedom to run like a maniac, chasing rabbits and birds. Today the fence company came to install the posts. Tomorrow or Thursday, after we have a couple of trees and tree stumps removed, they’ll be back to complete the project.
