easter equals eggs

Happy Easter to all of you who are celebrating today! Although I don’t celebrate the holiday, I love the feeling of revival associated with the whole season. I enjoy that the beginning of Spring brings bunnies and chicks — in chocolate form, of course!

My favorite Easter candy is the good ol’ Cadbury Creme Egg. This season I bought several boxes of 4 eggs to keep in the house. (Is it just me or have the eggs gotten smaller over the years?) I also bought some Peeps, but because it’s too easy to OD on marshmallow, they’re gone now. However, Cadbury Creme Eggs beg to be savored. Mmm… the creamy, sugary center… So delish and so Spring.

I also love how they still broadcast the same Cadbury commercial from when I was a little girl — the one with a variety of animals auditioning to be the next clucking bunny. Do you know which one I’m talking about?
