photos of a proposal
About a week ago, on an unseasonably cold night in Omaha, an Air Force friend of J’s made plans to propose to his lovely girlfriend at Zorinksy Lake. He asked if J and I would take photos of his proposal. Since J and I are lucky enough to have photos of him down one own knee presenting the most gorgeous ring in the world to me, we were more than happy to capture that same special moment for J’s friend.
So that evening we arrived to the designated spot early and picked the only tree in the vicinity to hide behind. Without a telephoto lens, it was difficult to actually capture the moment she said “yes” but I tried my best. (Note to rich readers: PJ needs a new lens.) The photos I took after we popped out of the landscape and ran up to the happy couple while clutching a bottle of champagne turned out much better, I think. You tell me.

Whohoo! Another Air Force wife to join the ranks!
Now, I gotta get some of the Barefoot Bubbly! That looks amazing… no idea they even made it!
