red hair envy
On Saturday I bought tickets to see Jenny Lewis at the Sokol Auditorium in June. I’ve been a huge Rilo Kiley fan for years and am really enjoying her latest solo album. Besides her music, what I love about Jenny is her hair. I love the length, the bangs and the color. If I didn’t want to go blond so badly, I’d ask my hair stylist to make me a red head. Or is she auburn? Strawberry blond? However you’d describe Jenny’s hair (how would you describe her hair color?), it’s beautiful.
Actually, although my personal style is a bit more conservative than hers, I’d really love to just BE Jenny Lewis.

I spent my entire life bleaching my red hair blond. 2 months ago I had a major shift in my life and my “freak out” was to strip all of the bleach out. It’s about the same color/length as Jenny’s (we call it Auburn). Well, except for all of those grays!
