… but it’s swordfish! Check out the gourmet salad my husband prepared for dinner last, which included fresh sweet corn from the Farmer’s Market and a homemade blueberry vinaigrette.
That was fresh spinach, toasted cumin almonds, pan-pickled cinnamon sweet corn, fresh green and red bell peppers (thank you for dicing them PJ), sliced mushrooms, spicy garlic seared swordfish steaks and blueberry basil vinaigrette.
