Somewhere in Middle America

Inspired by Little Brown Pen‘s photos of Paris and Smosch‘s recent pics of London, I decided to take my digital SLR down to the Old Market on Friday to snap some shots on my way to the boutique. It was a beautifully sunny day – not a cloud in the sky – and I tried to focus my attention on the less ordinary aspects of the neighborhood. I have a long way to go before my photos are as emotive as Nichole’s and Sandra’s, but practice makes perfect!
